The whole experience was great. It was easy to make an appointment and there are lots of great options. I have never had these services before and I went in with ease and trusted the process. Ashley was very knowledgeable and did not push any services on me which was appreciated. It's a lot to take in right away, but after I narrowed down the options she made me feel comfortable with them. She was very nice and made the process go by quickly. It was a relaxing experience and I can't wait to try more. Glad to have them close by and I will be back again.

I came to botanic zen at a time when I was completely hopeless about my skin as nothing was working for me. It ended up being exactly what I needed as my skin has completely transformed. Kelsey is so knowledgable, reassuring, and kind. If you trust her and are patient with the process, you will not be disappointed! Really friendly environment! Then provide the best service they think was best for me. (Ance Chemical Peel) Went through step-by-step and gave me tips on my skin. They recommended some products to use with an affordable cost.

Today was AMAZING!!!! I was so nervous but excited. I ended up deciding on a chemical peel to help with acne and scaring. I found out it can be done every two weeks, and I can add things on to it. I left feeling so relaxed, glowing, and with some new face wash I purchased. It was very nicely priced and nothing but friendly faces!! I will be back in 2 weeks for round two!
