After filling out a new client skincare consultation form, Kelsey asked me about my skin concerns and skincare goals, and she examined my skin. I truly felt seen, heard, and cared for. Without any pressure, she thoughtfully talked me through a personalized Face Reality skincare routine, explaining how each product would specifically benefit my skin, how to use them, and their cost. She even very kindly followed up with an email later that day with instructions for my new skincare routine and more helpful tips. The acne chemical peel and LED light therapy treatment I had done left my typically dull and dry skin glowing, and the Face Reality skincare products feel like a refreshing drink of water for my skin. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, Kelsey was passionate about devising the best skincare plan for me. What took precedence for me was Kelsey’s sweet, friendly, and compassionate personality; I left feeling like I had a skincare best friend.
