My first appointment at Botanic Zen Aesthetics exceeded my expectations! After filling out a new client skincare consultation form, Kelsey asked me about my skin concerns and skincare goals and examined my skin. I truly felt seen, heard and cared for. Without any pressure, she thoughtfully talked me through a personalized skincare routine, explaining how each product would specifically benefit my skin, how to use them, and their cost. She even very kindly followed up with an email later that day with instructions for my new skincare routine and more helpful tips. The acne chemical peel and LED treatment left my typically dull and dry skin glowing, and the skincare products feel like a refreshing drink of water for my skin. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, Kelsey was passionate about devising the best skincare plan for me. What took precedence for me was Kelsey’s sweet, friendly, and compassionate personality; I left feeling like I had a skincare best friend.
